rocker arms

I am first time builder of my 3.0 911 engine and have a question. I dont want to screw up so here is my question. The rocker arms have an oil hole that oil the pin that it rides on in the cam tower. Do these oil holes go a certain way are does it matter. In looking at them it looks like if they could be installed with the hole towards the cam or the tube that carries the oil to the cam this would be better
thanks for your in put

Short answer is yes, they are directional. I recall a great video on youtube about them... I'll edit in the video.

Crap. Not seeing it, but this is almost what I was looking for:

The elephant foot has to touch the valve and the cam has o rider on the other end. How do you install to change positions of the oil hole?
