Help with shifter housing compatibility please.
I've got a bit of a bastardized shifting setup in my 69 RSR interpretation. 1972 915 transmission, and a short shifter mated to a 901 shift housing. I'd like to upgrade to a Wevo shifter in the 915 housing. What do I need to know, and are there any hiccups I need to consider? Shift rod length? Will the 915 housing bolt directly up?
