What is the story on the blue RSR? It has Penske livery, and has Mark Donohue & George Follmer's names on it. They raced an RSR at Daytona in 1973, but this ain't it (the Daytona RSR was a long hood with a big 935-looking tail, It is also for sale here. ). Donohue and Follmer both raced in the first IROC series, but this doesn't look like an IROC car either, the engine looks like it has carbs, weren't the IROC cars slide-valve? Aside from Daytona and the IROC series, I don't think Donohue ever raced 911's.

Anyone know if there is a story behind it, or is it just a cool paintjob?

1966 912 converted to 3.0 and IROC body SOLD unfortunately
1986 Ford F350 Crew Cab 7.3 IDI diesel, Banks Sidewinder turbo, ZF5 5spd, 4WD Dana 60 king pin front, DRW, pintle hook and receiver hitch, all steel flat bed with gooseneck hidden hitch. Awesome towing capacity!

It looks just like the one they raced in Daytona, but who's Jim McCormick? It's probably a replica.
