Leaking pop off valve
Anyone have any suggestions for fixing this?
 The seal around the valve is gone.

You should remove the valve, clean up the mating surfaces, and re-glue using a two-part epoxy adhesive. It's hard to tell from your photo, but it looks like the ridges in the air box have already been ground down so the valve has a flat seating surface.
