High Beam Indicator
 

I recently purchased my 1984 911. I noticed recently that the "blue" high-beam indicator for the headlights comes on when the headlights are on low. Being I am cutting my teeth on this car and learning as I go. Where should I start on this? Has anyone ever seen this?

Front fuse box, bottom row, the little white and blue wire (to the hi beam indicator) should be on fuse 7 or 8 and has probably been moved to fuse 5 (yellow wire) or fuse 6 (green and yellow wire) that go to the lo beams.
