CIS to EFI w/ignition

I'm getting ready to start the install of the Bitz racing EFI system this coming weekend. I've got a spare CIS system which I've modified and mocked up for the install. I've also got the base software installed and testing on a spare MS II unit I have. My plan is to do the install in two phases. First the fuel side and then the ignition side.

Before I start disassembling the system which is on the car, I want to document the current tune and CIS parts by videoing the car running. As an afterthought, I realized the parts I'm removing have some value (complete CIS system, distributor, and 6-pin CDI, etc..). Is there any other type of documentation I should do prior to removing these parts?

Also, what is the general value of each of the parts I'm removing.
