I am interested in finding out exactly what
tools were originally included in a 1980 911SC factory tool kit. Anybody know? Thanks. |

Bag, lugwrench, 8x9, 10x11, 12x13, 14x15 and 17x19mm open-end wrenches, angular pipe wrench, pliers, narrow V-belt, bag with five fuses, sparkplug wrench, handle with three screwdrivers, extension tube, three Allen keys and the "hook spanner" pulley wrench. This from "The 1974-89 911/912E & 930 Porsche," by Mark S. Haab.

Any good member of the 911SC world domination conspiracy (which I don't believe in) will tell you that 911SC's never break..
therefore the rumor of them having tool kits is a suspicious plot! ![]() |

Anyone got a picture? Are there any differences between Cabrio/Targa/Coupe kits?

Some people say that the kit that came with the SC coupe had a sunroof crank. My sunroof crank is stored in the headliner of my car. But I have a 1988 Carrera.

SC Owners Unite! Of course they never break! They sometimes have temper tantrums, get their feeling hurt, or just get lazy, but break? Never!!! The complete tool kit is obviously just the correct weight to perfectly balance the most perfect 911!! Just wanted to make sure that my pcar was "complete". Thanks all.
