calling Bill Verburg-- front ride height/alignment specs

Bill,

I've read many of the threads on this. Typical back and forth, I know best, etc. Figured I go to you for definitive answers. The facts: '87 US coupe. Bilsteins in front. 21mm torsion bars. Elephant Racing mono-ball offset camber plates (about 3/4 deg. negative camber). Poly-bronze bushings. Elephant Racing basic strut brace. New stock size tires on 7" Fuchs. Turbo tie-rods. Steering rack spacers. For what it is worth I do 3 to 5 track days per year, and do about 2,500 miles per year on the street. Rear fender lip measurement (I know, but it's a bit of information) is 25". At DEs the tires were rubbing the inner fender lip at a front fender height of 25.5". The fender lips have not been rolled, but I plan to do that before the next DE in the spring. I know that some of this may not be relevant to the questions at hand, but I figured that I'd rather give you too much information.

Are ROW ride height specs different than US specs? If so, what is the ROW spec? What alignment specs accompany the ROW ride height? Should I be asking any other question? Do you want any other information?

Thanks for your assistance.

For an '87 911 there is no difference in factory specs for height or alignment, but it sounds like you are looking for something more aggressive given the use and setup

How aggressive depends

some alignment recs are here

but i'd work w/ a reputable shop that knows 911s to come up w/ a spec that is best for you and your usage

as to the fenders i'd cut the lip rather than roll it, more room and less chance of paint damage, more neg camber(to a point) is also better for track use and room
