'71 911E insurance in Florida? any tips?

Hi, I know that this is covered time and time again but I am having problems getting any kind of collision or theft coverage for the '71 911E which I am hopeing to take delivery of later today or tomorrow.
I have a current full coverage policy with AIG but just to add liability adds $400/yr
- That I cannot get my head arround as I can only be driving one car at a time unless I make one of the cars radio controlled
-They also extend full coverage to rental cars!!!!
But they are not interested in cars over 25 yrs old!

My main problem is that the car is not garaged permanently at night, althought the street address used is a gated community in which outside contracters are finger printed to enable access!.

Any leads for companies who operate in Florida much appreciated.
