Georgia Boy looking for wheel alignment.

I am in the middle of "refreshing" my suspension, as people like to say. Front and rear bushings, the whole deal.. long over due...The car is street only, but I have taken to heart comments by my fellow Pelicans that I should not get some average type of alignment. Considering the costs of the rebuild, I would also like to add corner balancing to make sure the car is "perfect". I have owned my 88 carrera twenty one years and this is the tuneup my baby has long deserved. Any recommendations on Atlanta area (or close) shops that can do the job well for a good price would be greatly appreciated.

I know Goldcrest does it in Kennesaw. Do some searching, I think this came up before and others chimed in. I dont think most of the air cooled wrenches will do it but I might be remembering wrong. If you are doing the suspension your self you can find a copy of the Scruggs book and do this your self and then maybe have it checked anywhere.

Jack Lewis in norcross did mine, including corner balance. It was a different car. Pricey, but top notch work

Goldcrest Motorsports..... took their time and did mine right. Ride height, corner balanced and alignment. Came out fantastic!

Corner balance is overkill for a street car.
Set your ride heights so they look good, get a good alignment, then vroom vroom!!

Gran Turismo doesn't corner balance, but they are very good at alignment

I would also go with Gran Turismo or Jack Lewis.

Not sure if corner balancing is any value on a street car?

What is cost on a 'good' alignment?

Make sure you ride ht though with ~ your weight in the drivers seat. That means taking it to some one who will play with the rear spring plates. Most dont know what they are.
