What'll they think of next?

I know if someone wanted my H4s, it would take them about 5 seconds on each side to steal.

Methinks a theft-proof solution for '65-'89 headlamp buckets ... virtually invisible ... would be a good idea for protection of our H1's, H4's, H5's, and early-Euro's ... would go over big in NJ & Cali!

Fortunately, the ricers can't use the H1s so we are probably pretty safe.

An easy ounce of protection would be to simply replace the external phillips head srew with a security type screw. Even a torx head would foil most casual theives.

fill up the phillips hex with epoxy. you can pick it out with a sharp pointed tool when needed, but the thieves won't have one, or have the time.

Richard, that reminds me--be sure to put some xenons on your car before you come over for that door repair.

I had this happen to me, but it was almost 10 years ago and the thieves stole the headlights from my 1989 Jeep Cherokee. Car was parked in a parking garage in Japantown in SF.

What REALLY pissed me off was that they totally mangled one of the connectors, while simply unplugging the other. go figure...
