Gasket and bearing purchase advice -2.7

Hi Guys,

excuse my ignorance in this, but my 2.7 was a factory replacement case and has no number, so I can't figure out the year.

Its the red cooling shroud as pictured.


Im waiting on my engine guy to pull it apart so I know if its all std/std. In the meantime I would like to buy the gasket set and whatever else I can buy from pelican.

Is this the correct gasket set?

Comments: Gasket for header to heat exchanger is missing. Have to be ordered separately.


Also Id like to buy whatever bearings i can in the interim without knowing the crank wear.

Am I correct in assuming the #8 bearing is standard regardless of whether the crank is under or over spec?




And does the same go for the #2 bearing shell? I can't seem to find that one on its own in Pelican?
