Wire harness cut, were it goes?

I was cleaning the front on the car and notice that the wire harness number 911 612 162 03 was cut. Anyone can tell me where this cables were supposed to go and what is the full route of this harness? I know is related to the driver's power mirror ( that is not working) and will like to restore the connection. The car has only a driver's side power mirror. The harness has a black/violet, grey/green, brown, and black cable. The black cable is connected to the power mirror fuse #14.

You do not state what year your 911 is but with that said, the attached link will provide the schematic for the 1978 model year and you can see the outside Mirror control motor (V17), Outside mirror control switch (E43) and magnetic clutch mirror control (N35) in the schematic.
The black/violet wire is power from fuse 14 as you stated in your post.
The gray/green wire is for the mirror heater element coming from (E15) Rear window defogger switch.
The brown wire is ground.
The black wire looks like a sheath for other wires required for the power mirror.

From the (E43) mirror switch you have a blue, black/yellow and a white wire going to (V17) mirror motor and (N35) magnetic clutch.

Hope this helps.

Sorry about that, 1979 SC. I stripped the interior of the car and took out all window glass. My car has no rear window defogger or rear wiper (or wires going to the back window), but I see both switches for both options on the dash area. Can I assume that it came from the factory with them and along the way they were removed, or do you think that they put the switches on all models? Just trying to solve the puzzle. Thanks

I would assume it came from the factory with the rear defogger and power mirror switches. Does your driver door have a toggle switch on the interior door panel near the non vent window and a small toggle switch located on the dash under the temp/oil pressure gauge? If it does then your car had both left and right power mirrors from the factory.
