Wicked cool.....I have been getting crap for years on my towing.

I had a hitch on my 914/6 and again on my 911 cab.

DRACO helped me move from Nevada back to So Cal......he drove the 911 with a trailer behind.

Glad to see other crazy towing fools like us out there Joe Bob! Happy Holidays :)

More tree photos folks or holiday festivities with your Porsche.
Hope to find my wreath soon and mount it to the deck lid

Did you come to Boone for your tree ? The roads were crowded with trees on vehicles ? I live up by several farms. ( I too have a hitch ready for my car, just need the trailer.)
Roads are a bit salty up here with all the recent snow.

I picked up my tree with the 911 last year. This year I had to pick up two and one was a bigun so it was up to the Tundra.

Now I know why Targas are better. I think i'll just fetch the tree with it sticking out of the Targa opening. :p Flexible Flyer and Christmas trees...it's starting to make sense......

So what does the hitch actually look like? Where does it attach?

Arne2 12-01-2014 04:46 PM

Yes, please. pictures of your hitches?

82 SC 12-02-2014 03:55 AM

I was trying to avoid the hitch debate with this post and had deleted the pictures of my homemade hitch earlier but I might post a photo or two later on.
