Oil tank breather hose question 3.2L

I have a 3.2L engine in my '72 911 and the the tube behind the throttle body is blocked off. Does this tube (~25mm) connect directly to the oil tank? It has been blocked off for years and I am trying to correct any engine issues.

Thanks,

Jon

Jon:

Take a look at my conversion page. I have a picture of the rear of the 3.2 with the breather hoses in question. There are 2 large ones that go to the oil filler neck, and one that goes from the throttle body to a charcol box which I have blocked off.

The picture is in the installation section.
