Fuel/oil level gauge Misting Up
Why do I get mist on the inside of the glass of my fuel/oil level gauge after the car has been started for a few minutes? The gauge is completely dry inside as far as I know and it does it even in war weather.

Very common. Haven't seen a solution. My 70 doesn't do it but the 88 does. Isn't the UK pretty damp? Seems to rain a lot at least on Top Gear. Lot of wet laps in the reasonably priced car.

Pretty common, clean the inside of the glass and it will go away, number of threads here cover it and you don't even have to remove the glass. One of the threads shared a technique that covers it.

Put a desiccant in it like your u get in a bottle of pills, the little cloth bag, not the plastic one. Works like a charm.
