Stiffening a coupe to cabriolet conversion?

HI all -

ran a search but did not find a definitive list of 'to-do's' to tackle this issue -

we know the real cab's used stronger floors, but what do I do with this new-to-me cab conversion from a 1976 911 Coupe? pic below -

I'm concerned about the long term effects of routine flexion on an un-reinforced tub....and having recently spent some time in the 914 camp with a couple of 'flexi-fliers' I'd just as soon avoid any of those issues!!

The car is low miles - 91k on the clock - and seems *pretty* stiff still, but I'll be doing some a/x and DE stuff and would like to ensure the tub remains so, and / or take out some body flex now.

Here's a partial list of what I think I know -

1. shock tower strut / support - maybe the "X" version since I'm working with an unknown quantity here?
2. roll bar - but how extensive? Front angled supports? I don't want to go to a full cage due to access issues - 'she who must be obeyed' will not tolerate clamboring over a side bar in a skirt!!
3. harness bar w/ rear support and floor support?

What else should I consider?

Thanks for your thoughts -

best

A full roll cage would be the short answer, but if not going that path, try this link. There are shorter threads, but I think you can glean some info from this:
Structural Reinforcement

Look for the discussion on reinforcing the interior rockers.

Check to see if your engine mount is the one for a Cab: Rubber Center and a Damper between the bar and the Engine Mount.

Sherwood - thanks so much - that is the sort of thread I was looking for -

the search function is so dependent upon search terms, google still struggles with this, as we all do!

Great ideas in there - need to dissect.

I DO believe I have the cabriolet engine mount bar - will verify in the morning....

thanks all -
