Porsche 930 tea tray rubber refinish question

Ok so I have a 930 and the rubber is pretty beat up by sun fading and oxidation. There are quite a few descriptions on how to repair rusted studs. I don't need that, it just needs a new "finish coat" so I did some Google work and came up with the following.
Polymarine Flexithane Hypalon Paint

Flexible rubber paint for RIB boats. Its designed for a Marine environment
Flexithane Hypalon Paint
* A fully flexible paint formulated for Hypalon PU and rubber variant fabric
* Smooth satin finish, will not crack or flake off
* No mixing required, apply with a brush or gloss roller, touch dry in 30 minutes
* Can be sprayed. Two coats for best results
* Used for resealing and preventing rubbing strake and mouldings from powdering
Has anyone tried this on there spoiler?
Thanks
David
