Low profile front & rear mud flaps for 82 SC?
Bought Linea Corsa 7.5 and 9s and rock chipping is now a concern. Does anyone know of a manufacturer or source for low profile front and rear rock/mud guards/flaps? Any pics of 911s with said guards?

reclining chrome ladies or Yo Samity Sam?:D

No idea on the mud guards, Rick. But thank you for making me happy that I still have wimpy 6" wheels on the front. I didn't think anyone could do that! :D

JC Whitney? They do have curb feelers, which would make for a nice combo.;)

I have to go with the chrome lady mud flaps here.

Home made flaps 4 corners made with cut sheet of plastic.
Car is in storage and this is the only picture I have in my phone. Not hard. Weekend project. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1418693083.jpg |

Curb feelers! Bob, that is the best idea yet. I always liked the spring loaded ones and of course you need them on both sides just for symmetry. Curb feelers, not just for low riders!
964TargaC2, thanks for the PM. Nice to see a 'smart' response with out an @$$ appended to it even though, they can be pretty funny. next post will be 911 appropriate fuzzy dice and hydraulics. 964TC2 looks like they are also offered by our host: http://www.pelicanparts.com/cgi-bin/smart/more_info.cgi?pn=MCD-911-500-001-00&catalog_description=&Rear%2520Splash%2520Guards %252C%2520SC%2520%2526%2520Carrera%2520%2538%2522% 2520flare%252C%2520Pair%252C%2520%2539%2531%2531%2 520%2528%2531%2539%2537%2534%252D%2538%2539%2529 |
