Vacuum Hoses shopping list for 3.0

Has anyone made a shopping list off all the Hose sizes and lengths needed to replace all vacuum hoses on a 3.0?

I see that our host sells all types of diameters requires, per length.

I am surprised that with all the engine drops and CIS trouble shooting no one has a hose kit with all needed to replace all vacuum hoses in one shot.

Or is it just 1 or 2 types of hoses and 1 meter of each is all you need?

Thanks in advance.

Same question here for a 3.2....engine out so I'm replacing all rubber hoses that are now 27 years old. I may make my own list of various sizes and post for here for future reference for others.

FWIW I have a local source that is rebuilding my injection system hard/ rubber lines and is also fabbing a set of braided lines to replace those. Will keep you posted.

Dueller: I am interested in a schedule of hoses for a 3.2 also. I am eager to see your results. I'm not ready to replace my 29 year old hoses yet (knock on wood), but will be soon. Thanks.

Since many people have asked this question to no avail, and I myself wanted to know, I measured the lines and tried to match it to the appropriate part numbers.

Here is the detailed description and a final summary. This was measured for a 1979 3.0L SC

Let A be 9 x 14 mm (PN 55-0623-080-M21)
Let B be 5 x 10 mm (PN 55-0623-070-M21)
Let C be 3.5 x 7.5 mm (PN 55-0623-030-M21) which can be substituted by
3.5 x 7 mm (PN 55-0623-020)

Note: TB = throttle body

1) Top of TB to decel valve 11.5 cm of A
2) Bottom of TB to bottom of decel valve 21 cm of A

Total 32.5 cm of A

3) Top of decel valve to bottom of Tee (which connects to TB and Thermo valve) 3 cm of B
4) TB to Tee (which connects decel valve and thermo valve) 23 cm of B
5) Tee to Thermo Valve 43 cm of B
6) Thermo valve to bottom of WUR (045) 30 cm of B
7) TB (near air filter) to top of WUR (045) - plastic adapter 37 cm of B

Total 1.36 m of B

8) TB on decel valve side to distributor 88 cm of C

Note: This is missing the line from TB to diverter valve (rhetorical question- is anyone still using the emissions control air pump? )

Summary:

You will need

33 cm of 9 x 14 mm (PN 55-0623-080-M21)
1.36 m of 5 x 10 mm (PN 55-0623-070-M21)
and 88 cm of 3.5 x 7.5 mm (PN 55-0623-030-M21)

Dr. J. I am sure this will be very useful in the future to other members. Now we just need someone to note any additional hoses required for our friends with 3.2 engines.

Thanks
Ivan

I'd like to replace all vacuum lines that do not require an engine drop.
I would be willing to assist in documenting a 3.2 engine like this, along with photos.
Unfortunately, I'd need some virtual coaching since I don't know all the places to look.
