plan was to repair whatever it needs, then strip it out and add a little bit of power, paint job, and an rsr look

It is a beautiful and unique look. What sort of engine maintenance are you doing on it?

Needs a gearbox rebuild, and sorting out some oil leaks

That car is sex on wheels.

Rear is a little low and the front is a tiny bit high. Just an observation. Not a criticism. Put it on your to-do list. Check out Elephant Racing for replacement spring plate bushings "while you are in there". Pelican sells their stuff. Adjustment is kind of "easy" technicaly but labor intensive for the rear. Alignment afterwards, of course, by a pro that knows 911's.

Reason I bring this up is that if the rear is too low you may not be able to get camber within specification.

Also, get those skinny rear bumper pads off and put them fat American ones on there.
