911 hot rod tires
So I built a 1968 Hotrod 911 R look last year. It has 7" fuchs all the way around with 205 / 50 /15 tires on it. While it looks like it should be a the race track, it is a little too modern looking, and will bottom out on everything. I know I can raise it up, but then the tires won't look right, kinda like O-rings... Thinking of a vintage race tire (Dunlop or Avon) Any one out there have any wood ideas for size and tire? Thanks

Tires
![]() You could try these Bridgestone Potenza RE 760 Sport 195/65/15 on 7jX15 Fuchs. These are fantastic tires, but if you don't like too much side wall as I do, then they also come in 195/60/15, which are just a tad smaller in diameter. Also if you'd prefer a wider tire they come in 205/60/15. I love the vintage look on the car and mind you, there is a 330hp 3.8 on 50mm PMOs in the back of this thing, which are in total control with the Potenzas. Cheers MD
