I have a 1977 911S- Just wondering if Heat Exchangers from a 3.0L fit a 2.7L???

They should but
77 had thermals exhaust with oil scavenge line moving oil forward.
The SC exhaust boxes run scavenge oil around the back of the engine.
The 77 studs are longer than the 78/79 SC studs
The 80/83 heat boxes should work because the 77 thermals inserted into the heads like the 80/83.
Carrera heat box inserts will not insert into the heads and must be removed.
Oil scavenge lines need to be changed with heat boxes
