Modifying tach to include AFR gauge?

I know I've seen it here, but haven't been able to find it with some searching.

What have others done to integrate an AFR readout into the tachometer? (I think the example I remember was a custom mod by North Hollywood Speedometer; they took the guts out of some other AFR gauge and installed it in the bottom section of the tach.)

I'm considering adding an wideband O2 sensor to monitor CIS function and make troubleshooting easier.

Thanks for the help.

The guy or outfit that was doing this was in Atlanta I believe. Can't think of his name nor find his info right now.. if I do I will post if someone hasn't already done so.
I do know that the set-up was based on the PLX AFR gauge/system.
