quick question about targa top seal
I have an 88 targa. The pin cover on the back driver's side is worn so that the top rattles pretty bad. I found the pin cover on pelican parts, but it says it is up to '85. Here is the pic of it. It looks the same as the one on my car, will it fit. Is there a place to find one that will fit on an 88 anywhere?

Nope, that part went from somewhere in the '70's to the 964 in the 90's. The Porsche part # should be 911.565.217.40. I'm betting the Pelican Parts pn will be the same with a different prefix. You should be fine.
