Need a little help with a glass re-install....
Ok, dumb question I am sure, but in the rear quarter windows, along the botttom edge was a black metal trim plate that ran the full length. If I remember correctly, it had a black rubbery substance underneath. I am getting ready to have to re-install all of this soon, and I was wondering if anyone who has some experience with this knows:
A.) The right stuff to use and B.) Is there a prescribed thickness for it? Or is it kinda a "test it and see if it works" thing going on? I know its a dumb question, but I thought I would ask the brain trust over here. :) http://i445.photobucket.com/albums/q...ps10b46fe3.jpg |
