Tow Hooks for Impact Bumper Cars ?

I did some thread searching but pickings look slim. Anything cool that can be added/fabbed that doesn't look junky when not at the track for a rubber chin spoilered 87 with stock bumpers and impact tubes ? Also the rear ?
I'm pretty sure the bumpers and shocks are robust enough to pull the car from all but the worst situations. I'm leaving the stock aluminum bumpers there for street use.

not cheap, but Rennline makes a hidden tow hook system for front and rear stock bumpers:

Don't you lose the "impact" function when you remove the stock unit for the rennline one , or is there just no other way. Definitely easy now with everything apart.

nylon strap works nice. they tuck away when not in use, strong & cheap. i had one sewn up at a shoe repair place, attached it to 2 of the 3 front a-arm mounts with the stock fasteners. you should be able to slip it thru the slight gap between the stock valence bottom of the bumper.. old out of date harnesses, old tie down straps, or buy a nylon strap at harbor freight and cut the loops off each end so you got a front & rear.

Curious of how you attached the straps to the A arm mounts. Did you attach a large grommet to the straps which you then put one of the A arm bolts through?
