Idle with DC60 cams?
Seeing as it will be a bit before my engine is back in my '81, i'm wondering on how the idle is with a set of DC60 cams? Mine are in a
3.0 with carbs. Anyone have a video? Thanks |

Not that lopey. You can keep a good steady sub 1000 RPM idle no prob, as long as you have decent CR pistons.

On a modifed 3.0SC motor with 10.5:1 CR Woessner Pistons, 46PMO Carbs, re-curved distributor and MSD Ignition we have an idle that is as steady as a standard 3.0SC.

I have a 2.7 Short Stroke (66 x 93) with MFI, twin plug, 10:1 comp and the DC60 cams. Idle was fine @ 900 rpm not lopey at all.
