Headlight bucket removal

Gday.

Trying to get my headlight bucket out. Is it welded in place or is the bolt at the bottom the only fixing holding it to the car?

My car has been resprayed and I think the buckets were left in place. So perhaps the dried paint is holding it.

Either that or its rusted

spot welds around the inside perimeter of the bucket, sand down the paint, find the spots and drill/grind away
