Need to find a repair shop in NC
I live in Whispering Pines, NC and am looking for a Great repair shop to take my 1985 911 Targa. There are a couple but one says he's booked and to call around February 10 to see what his work load looks like. The "local" Porsche dealership (45 miles away) has not called me back, I don't think they want to work on an old Porsche.
So I'm asking for suggestions as to where NC Pelicans go. Thanks in advance. Joe

Is there usually a long waiting time? Are they fair with their pricing or are they very high? I don't mind paying for quality and timely service and repair. Thanks..

Kanon is highly recommended among the Raleigh folks although I've not tried him. Another Raleigh option is European Performance on Hillsborough St. where my car has been serviced for the last 11 years.
European Performance Another good shop although a bit further away is in Hillsborough - Millersport I periodically meet up with the Pinehurst area Porsche folks and maybe one of them might have a closer option but the 3 shops mentioned know air cooled Porsches. |
