What's good to use to clean sunroof rails - SC

What's a good product to clean the sunroof rails and deflector, etc. on an SC? I'm talking about sprucing/polishing up the aluminium, not cleaning the grease out of the rails. Can't use a chrome polish - too abrasive and will scratch it up.

Want to get rid of the corrosion and make'em look new again!

Use Alu. polish

Does anyone have a preferred aluminium cleaner for mildly corroded sunroof rails and front pieces?

thanks

I found that this stuff called Blue Magic is about the best stuff for polishing metal in any circumstance...

I prefer Semichrome polish, (german made, sold in better hardware or auto stores), to either of those listed here. I first discovered it in the '70s for polishing MC aluminum parts, it's worlds better, IMO.
