South Denver Mechanic?

My most favored old school 911 mech is no longer available to me and my '78SC needs some suspension attention, as well as some clutch work. Recommendations please.

+ 1 also on Steve Rowe.
I met and talked with him a few times when he was at 3R. I knew he had started his own shop some time ago, but didn't know where it was located.

What do you have planned for the suspension? A few of us locally have gone through nearly every suspension part and would be happy to help- Craig is local with his amazing car blackjack, I followed his thread doing my suspension as he did his-
'78 SC Elephant Racing Suspension Rebuild
A lot easier when you can see step by step. 3r racing and 3zero3 come to mind, dart auto as well

I am available I have a shop at 58th and i-25.

You can check out some of my work at.

porsche resto services

Let me know if you want to stop by and check out my shop and some of the cars I have there. I currently have a 69 T restoration in progress, a 74 to 76 RSR in progress, a 78 SC that is getting some collision damage repaired.

Since I am a newer shop I have lower price then all the other guys mentioned (which are all good recommendations).

another satisfied eisenbud's customer here -- Eisenbuds-Fine Service of Porsche, Mercedes, Audi and VW 303.825.0322 -- they've been working on my car for 15 years now, engine still running like new after the top end rebuild Jim performed around around 80k ago.

I was going to mention Eisenbud's, no personal experience, but have heard only good things.

May take mine there for random things like a recharge for my Griffiths a/c, just to avoid dealing with mouth-breathing regular a/c techs messing up the aftermarket system.

FWIW, when I dropped my targa off at eisenbuds yesterday, Jim told me about how he'd installed a Griffiths system in a customer's car (along with a 3.5l twinplug conversion . . .) -- so they do have first-hand knowledge of the Griffiths system's workings . . . probably more than necessary for a recharge

Just wanted to update with some new information. I had a chance to catch up with Steve Rowe at the PCA Sebring race where he was tending to Alan Benjamin's and Alex Welch's cars. Steve is out of the general service business. He is strictly doing race builds and arrive and drive service. If someone needed a race engine or gearbox he would take the job.
But general suspension, brakes, troubleshooting a pesky CIS issue? Take the car to Greg, Storz or Eisenbud's.

Regards,

Matt
