Where to get small parts not in Katalog?

How/where do I get these small rings that hold the top and bottom halves of the fresh air/heater box? The "Katalog" does not show them as spare parts...
Thanks!

I may have a few. How many do you need? Send me a better pic of the clip.

I only have 2 out of 6 so I would need 4 if you have them.
They are little open rings that slide (not easily though) over the plastic bumps...
I hope this picture will help (thank you FrankC BTW, these are your pics! )

Let me take a look. Mine are from a long hood. Seems like there were some of these and some that had ends that could be squeezed to open them. I had to buy a second box to piece one together.

Ernie, not a bad idea alas these are pretty small at around 9.5 mm in interior diameter...

I have replaced clips like that by buying coil springs with similar dimension. I was able to get springs at a local hardware store. I cut out a one turn of a spring and then carefully bend it into the shape I needed.

I found them. PM me your mailing address and I'll send them today.

I've had good luck at EASY Porsche (salvage yard in CA) with small parts. Good people.

Try some wire, wrapped around the bumps, then twisted tight.
Good luck,
Dave

Sometime they are hard to visualized in the catalog.

Retainer 901 571 921 00... Listed on PP as NLA but I had luck before on NLA at the local Porsche dealership.

If you cannot find them, these should work.

Bonne Chance
