Tim,

Tell some of those users that they are experiencing the ID 10 T error. See if anyone figures it out.

I tell them there's a loose nut behind the keyboard...

Years ago, I'd written a unix utility with a fairly complex set of command line options. If you screwed up 2 or more of them, you were rewarded with the message:
User error: replace user and press any key to continue

a buddy of mine does system admin for HP and if theres a hot chick he wants to meet or talk with he plays with the internal mojo so her magic box goes afoul. then he rides in on a white horse fixes it and is her hero. he has gottn a few dates that way, he a evil poindexter
