From fiberglass to OEM bumpers on an M491

I have an '84 M491, and I'm looking to go from this:

to this:

I'm having trouble discerning the differences between part numbers. I thought I could just take any front bits from a 930 or M491 and they would all work together. The parts fiche is saying maybe that's not the case.

25 & 46 - A 930 503 049 01 - front apron - turbo-look front spoiler
25 & 46 - 930 503 971 01 - front apron - turbo-look front spoiler

Why are there two part numbers? What in the world is 47? There are also some nuts and bolts that differ between the middle and bottom photos...I guess my real questions are this:

1) If I have the complete front from a 930 or M491 (the center group), will it bolt up?

2) Is the entire upper bumper assembly shared between the 930/M491 and 911?

The rear bumper appears to be identical for all models (except for 2, but the part numbers are clear):

2 - 911 505 171 08 - rear apron - CARRERA
(2) - 930 505 077 04 - rear apron - TURBO CARRERA M 49

I couldn't find the "flares" that connected the wheel arches to the bellows anywhere. I hope/assume they're interchangeable.

I believe #46 is the front valance for the widebody without spoilers (or spoiler delete) and #47 is the piece needed to mate the valance to the fenders on the side. While #25 is valance for use with spoiler and the black rubber spoiler #32 is what mates to the fenders on the side. (like in your second set of pics. Will see if I can find pics of spoiler delete widebody front pics.

Looks like they used #46 & #47 on the 89 Speedsters as well as the spoiler Delete widebody cars.. actually has a "M" code for them, M470 I believe? Look closely at the front and you can see the seam to the inside of the fog lamps where the pieces seem to overlap. haha...beat by Tremelune..

I think, the main difference between the two valances (#25 & #46) is the mounting holes for the spoiler (#32) on #25 and the different mounting needs for the valance end pieces (#47) on #46.

If you look at you part diagrams you will notice that Valance #25 (as well as #1) looks to have two holes vertically in it near the edge nearest the tire. These appear to be for mounting the rubber lip spoiler using part #'s 35,36 & 37 or (#18,19 & 20 on #1). These holes don't seem to be on other valance (#46). I would think that if you buy a complete front valance and spoiler for a turbo/ turbo look they should bolt up to your car..

As for the rear bumper pieces from the bellows to wheel well and below the quarter they are different from turbo/ turbo look and narrow body. tried looking in the PET catalogue but it seems to be down now.

I know yours is a factory widebody but I am sure many on here have done the conversion to widebody and will either confirm my deductions or blow them right out the water..thinking the first though.

Are you going to remove the rear spoiler? If not then you want the rubber lip

Aha! "Side sections"!

I plan to replace the rear spoiler with an 930 decklid and tea tray spoiler (the 911 & M491 deck lids will not clear the 3.6 fan shroud in the center), so I plan to get ahold of the front spoiler as well.
