On the Question of repairing the car if viable,
Im a complete amateur with mechanicals and parts and panels, but I gave it a shot with this pile of #$#$#@ and it will be a great car (one day) Point is if I can do it im sure as hell you can , All Porkers should be saved if possible if not too far gone I guess an engineer might need to look at the chassis etc, but ive read that chassis can be straightened its in one of Waynes Books some discussion of that, if that's the case then no 911 that's been dinged is un reparable I think? Whatever the outcome I hope your back in the drivers seat asap :p http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1424660543.jpg |

Paul and I went to Brewster's event yesterday, it was well attended and we stayed till about 2:30 Brewster's shop sits on top of a hill and The way down the hill we got going pretty good even though I was only in second gear, three quarters of the way down the hill is a traffic light and of course as I came up on it it turned red , (and I'm not happy as I'm almost to the bottom ) light turns and around the bend we go a sitting on the grass right in the middle medium is a city motorcycle cop with his radar on, as my Valentine 1 goes off I'm thinking "thank you red light " I don't know how long he had been sitting there but I feel bad for anyone who didn't get stopped by that light.
