tranny ground chassis side post sheared off

running problems so as part of the process I wanted to clean the grounding strap from 901 trans to chassis. The shaft coming from the chassis side was weak already and it sheared off when I was working on it.

Anybody fix this before suggest a good quick effective fix?
Weld a new post on? (Does someone sell just this)
Clean the old weak one up and tack that back on?
Drill a hole clean through, poke the bolt out from the inside and weld that in place?
I'm looking for effective here, there's other problems I'm dealing with bringing a 71 T back to life and the only reason to use old post would be to match metal.
DOH! thanks in advance. . .

Well. Any post will do if it's on the metal of the chassis.
