77 Power Windows not working
 

After I replaced the the power mirror on my 77 with an earlier type, the windows will not operate. Can this have to to with the disconnected cables to the mirror ?

When you did the mirror wires, you probably juggled one of the tiny little terminals on the 5-pole window switch. The switch is only about 1.25" x 1" so, good luck removing, testing, and re-installing.
If you did the passenger side mirror, there's a crossover wire that goes to the drivers side switch and will disable the whole system if not firmly seated.

Thanks, I have to dig in to this. Thougt maybe I broke a path when I disconnected the wiring to the mirror.

That possibility also exists.
