How to Tighten up Chrome Strip on Door
Hi,
My '73 has a Chrome Deco Strip on the top of the drivers door panel that slides fore and aft. It is slowly boring a hole at the base of a A pillar next to the windshield. How do I tighten this strip down to keep it from sliding? The passenger side one is tight but the driver side one is the one with the problem. TIA

easy fix....
Try applying a small dab of silicone to the base of the clips that hold the mldg. This will prevent the mldg from sliding on the clips without hindering the removal of the mldg itself.
