SC side indicagtor lights
 

Both of my EURO SC side indicator lights are not working (introduced on the Euro in 1981). It is strange that they should both give up as they appear not to be separately fused (front and rear lights work fine).

Anyone know of any history with this problem, or got any ideas. The light bodies seem to be farstened from behind but there is no easy way to get rear access.

In fact if anyone has a circut diagram for a '81 Euro I would love a copy (all the books only cover the US model).

If we're talking about the small side repeaters then these just clip in from the front, push the units to the rear and pull out, i have just changed mine for clear ones (same as Mk2 Golf) and mine were very tight.

As for not working, I dont now about your roads but the lights on my 944 packed up because of the amount of mud,salt,water that was constantly coating them I sanded back the connectors and all was well.
