Where can I purchase this part? It has 3 openings. Air conditioning, fan speed and fader switch. Mine has cracked on the front fascia. I tried repairing but doesn't look good and the color/texture doesn't match with the rest of parts.

Is 91155216900 correct part number? I found couple of places on the internet but no one can verify their part has 3 openings. Most places state that part is no longer available. I found a part on Einmalig website. It was listed at around $17. After I enquired they were supposed to get back with me to verify it's the correct part. They never called me back. So I checked their website again and the price was raised to $36?

The part you show also accommodates the radio speaker fader unit.
