Stabil and emission test
Car ('88 Targa) has been in hibernation over the winter with a full tank of ethanol free fuel supplemented with Stabil (fuel stabilizer). I need to get an emission test before the end of April. Do I need to burn off my existing tank of gas before going for the emission test to get rid of the Stabil?

Stabil will not affect the smog check.

I would run all the old fuel out just to be sure as its not likely to be as combustible as newer fuel due to age, Stabil or not
