A set of Ronal R9 8&9 x 16's. The p o ran these on his early 930. These will be going on the turbobus.

Nice. I love my Fuchs but everyone has them, the mini lites are great but look better on a long hood, I feel like the R9s are just right for a G-body.

Too bad they are so rare. I did a search in the classifieds and the only semi recent thread was a WTB from someone else looking for 7&8x16”. No replies either

I’ve been a fan of these wheels for a long time. This is the only set of 8&9’s I’ve seen.

The set Im running now are 7 & 8. Ive just bought some 8 & 9s. Going to use the 9s on the rear. 8s wont fit up front under standard carrera arches.

Theres a set for sale here in Holland 7 & 8s for 650,- They come up for sale now and then, you just have to look out for them. Took me the better part of 6 months to get a decent set.

Do the 8's have the standard offset, around 4 7/8"/15mm?

Judging by a forum search it seems like they are a once a year type thing around here, if not more scarce. The price is great too (compared to 16x8 Fuchs anyway)

The 8”s are ET11. The 7” & 8”s are for sc/carrera flares. The 8” & 9”s are for Turbo bodied cars.

I like these a whole lot more than I thought I would... IMHO, they look much better in person
