What offsets can a NB 3.2 handle? Would something along the specs of 16x8 +0 and 16x8.5 -6 be too aggressive? I am thinking that the offset wont work unless I went wide body.

It really depends on the tires you intend to use. Wheels are basically tire holders after all.

We run and sell many 16x8 et30 and 16x9 et15 wheels for SCs and Carrera bodied cars running 225/50 and 245/45 tires. This is about the most aggressive you can get without getting "creative". Even this is a little tight in the front so many opt for 205/55 on 16x7 et23 instead.

I hope this is helpful.

Fuchs look a lot better when the petals are visible. Makes no sense to me that the factory made the 16s (not all, but seems to be almost all!) with black centers.

because black petals fit any clor.
plus, painting the fuchs in all different colors to match the car is a matter of money, even back then.
