If I had and early narrow body 911 I'd consider these coices too.

Gas Burners, although the polished mag might be tough to stay on top of. Just leave them painted.

Pardon the other a/c German car.
American Racing Torque thrust D Spokes. 15x7 aluminum.
The mag D spokes look better, since it's mag it's a commitment to polish any of it. These are Porsche pattern correct offset rims similar to the type used on 911s years back in the Trans Am races.

For my RS bodied 69 I have 16x9 and 7 Fuchs. For track tires I'm considering a wheel like this though in 17x10 and 8 size. They would accommodate 275/40 rears and 245/40 fronts.
The detail on this wheel (is it a 15 inch?) is awesome though in my case black anodized centers with black cad plated steel hardware and polished barrels will do fine. With 17 diameter rims I could fit some big reds too.

I have 5 sets of wheels that I use on my '73, but my favorites are polished 8 and 9" Fuchs.

This was before lowering and aligning/cornerbalancing, so please don't flame me for the ride height in the pic...

Hmmm

What would it take to fit these to my car (spacers, bolt pattern?).....interesting combination.

I'm guessing the bolt pattern is as always, but you'd need large spacers.

Here are my newly refinished 15"x7" (before adding the new center caps)

And I always liked the sleeper look of these steel wheels.
