stuck window frame
 

Howdy all

Trying to gut the passenger door on my '69 to swap in a straight one and am having a bugger of a time getting the frame out. Front rails are free, but the back one feels like it's snagged on something after it slides up about 2 inches. All three bolts removed from the back, so that's not it.

I'd keep fudging with it but haven't made progress in 2 hours so it's time to defer to bigger brains.

um... problem solved? was hanging up on this little shim. is it supposed to be in there? can't find it in any of my references.
