Please identify following seats
 

Can anyone identify following seats? Sport seats? Late 70's?
Are they rare/valuable?
I'm considering having them reupholstered in the same tartan fabric and want them lowered + have thicker sidebolsters.

They look like early 80's sports seats up top, but the bottoms aren't right. The early 80's didn't have a welt that went all the way around the front, connected to the sides. Is the tartan on the bottoms sewed to the side bolsters?
