Suspension Refresh, Whats Needed?

Hi guys, along with all the other newbies I've been lurking in this site for some time before finally posting a question. I've got an 85 Cab that has 177,000 miles and I'm looking to do a complete suspension refresh. Obviously I'll be needing shocks and struts but can you guys give me suggestions for a list of other items, (bushings and such), to include in the project as well? I guess it's customary for new guys to post a picture of their ride before asking questions so here it mine. Thanks

a complete rubber bushing kit from elephant racing. A arm bushings, inner and outer trailing arm bushings, roll bar bushings. If you are doing shocks top mount rubber bushing for front shocks. It'll feel better than new.

Take a look at your ball joints and tie rods as well.
