Oil Line Repair / Source - 1969S

I was about to order a new oil line for my 69s (which does not exist in the PP catalog) and came to realize that the small line screws off of the cross tube. I cleaned up the tube and planned to send it out for plating and to purchase the small line, only to realize that you cannot only purchase just the small line. That brings me to my first question.
Does anyone know where I can get the small line with the fittings?

I then noticed that the side that attaches to the tube looked threaded in. This proved to be correct. The threaded side line is simply reversed threaded into the fitting. I figured I would just replace the line but I have not been able to unscrew the other side. I will cut the line close to the fitting today to have a better look but wonder if anyone else has already repaired these?

Here are a couple of pics.

When GPR Dave was still alive, he had the tool set and bulk hose to do these. Between the time he died and the company was sold, someone with keys went into the building and removed the hose repair equipment and inventory. The hose is metric, and VERY difficult to come by in the US. BTW, an internal pipe wrench is used to remove the fitting that you're having trouble with.

If you look closely at the hard line there should be a date. I have exactly the same line and it has a '72 date on it.

Also the fitting is removable and re-usable. That may be a problem, however, considering its age.

I got this line many years ago, but couldn't use it on my '71 due to the clutch cable. Interesting, that it has a '72 date but doesn't look like it would work with a '72 tank.

Sorry the other end is MIA after my recent move.
Here was my solution to replace the rubber hose. (different fitting shown)

Thank you Ayles.

I make custom Fuel & Oil Hose assemblies for Porsches. I have this Oil Hose in stock and happy to sell hose only in short pieces.

The early models use 26mm OD, the late use 30,5mm OD. The break is between 1971 and 1972.

Please email me for info. No pm's, No PM's, NO PM's.

My lines fittings are dated 69. I believe the 72 line fitting is not straight although I may be mistaken.
Haven't had the chance to get the other side of the hose off but I do not expect it to be a problem. Assuming this proves correct I will just need to source the proper hose. If anyone happens to know where to get this please do tell.

Thanks - Chris

Finally got to assemble these. Easy job and Len's hose is pretty much dead on.

Len, a couple of questions.

What motor is that? What year oil cooler?

What year oil tank is that?

Were bungs welded on to the tank and oil cooler?

What type fittings? AN?

Its a late 70 911 with a 2.5 twin-ign Motor. The Oil Tank and Oil Cooler are original to the car. The Tank has M30 outlet fittings and M26 inlet fittings. The bungs are original and are Metric.

I made up the M30 "S" hose as an exact replacement. Customer wanted to take his car before we could develop the hoses & custom fittings for a "factory" type front oil cooler, and will be back this Spring for the upgrade.
