European stereo usable in the US?

I'm looking to get a new head unit and almost all of the ones available in the US are hideous. Some searching has turned up some decent looking ones available in Germany. The question is, will they work with US radio frequencies? I believe in Europe stations are on even frequencies where in the US they're on odds (92.4 vs. 92.5). There's also the question of the functions being understandable as well.

A friend can probably get me this radio if it will work.

In Europe (or at least the Netherlands ) we use both odd and even FM-frequencies. So it should work. Look at this list by example: Radiofrequentie Radio 1 | Frequentie.fm

But your Sirius radio stuff (that's satalite, isn't?) won't work.
